Refund policy

At MALANGG, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


1. Returns

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do provide exchanges for items that meet our exchange criteria (see section 2).


2. Exchanges

  • We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, please adhere to the following guidelines:

    • Contact our dedicated customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
    • Ensure the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative solution or issue store credit.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • An incorrect item was shipped.

If you believe your item qualifies for a refund, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
